Kristin Holbrook, RDH
Kristin grew up in a small town in northern Michigan and attended the University of Detroit-Mercy, where she met her husband, Joe. In search of sunshine and a solid start in the working world, they headed south together, calling Columbia, South Carolina their home for three and a half years. Joe recently completed his PhD and secured his dream job at the CDC, and though it was difficult for them to leave their South Carolina friends behind, Kristin could not be happier to be an Atlantan and spending her days providing care in our wonderful office. In her free time, Kristin enjoys decorating, planning weekend trips, and spending time with her husband and their rescue dog, Daisy.
Nicola Pinnock, RDH
Nicola proudly and honorably served for a decade as an active duty member of the United States Armed Forces, completing tours in Kuwait, Korea, Germany, and throughout the United States. She has been a Dental Hygienist for over 17 years. She and her husband, Rich, have been married for over 20 years. They have a son, Richie. Nicola has been member of our Siegel & Dolt team since 2004. She is a gentle and caring dental hygiene professional. We are honored to have her on our team. Nicola received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Science from J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University, and earned her Master of Science in Health Care Informatics from Grand Canyon University. Nicola is also a member of the Association of Registered Dental Hygienists and is very active in community dental support. She spends her spare time boating, deep sea fishing and enjoying many other outdoor activities.
Susan Olson, RDH
Susan has been with Siegel & Dolt since 2008. She comes to our practice with over 20 years of experience in the dental profession, having worked for general and periodontal practices. Susan is a native Atlantan, but has also lived and worked in New Zealand. She is passionate about helping children and loves to travel abroad. She was able to combine these two with a recent mission trip to the Dominican Republic through Orphanage Outreach. Another one of Susan’s passions is volunteering with the Make-A-Wish Foundation. She brings with her an array of skills and experiences that will ensure a thorough, pleasant and fun visit to our office, for the young and old! When away from the office, Susan and her husband, Darron, love to travel, play tennis, and spend time at the lake with friends and family.
Kimberly Kidd, RDH
Kimberly joined our team as a registered dental hygienist August 2023. She brings over 10 years of dental knowledge and expertise. Kimberly is a die hard Georgia “Dawgs” fan and loves cheering on the Atlanta Braves! In her free time, she loves spending time perfecting her golf swing and loving on her two adorable Dachshunds.

Clinical Assistants
Deana Williams, CDA
Deana is originally from Ohio and moved to Atlanta in 1994. She received her dental assisting training at Choffin Career Center in Ohio and obtained her expanded duties certification from Gwinnett Technical College. With over 15 years of experience in the dental field, she has worked in all phases of dentistry including cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, oral surgery and implant surgery. She enjoys spending time with her family, travel, and pursuing leadership training.
Jessica Ponce, CDA
Jessica, born and raised in Marietta, GA joined our practice in 2023 bringing over 4 years experience as an expanded functions dental assistant. Jessica enjoys meeting and learning more about our patients. In her free time, she enjoys drawing and spending time with her two daughters and husband.
Desiree Brooks, CDA
Mackenzie Norment, EFDA
Mackenzie has been a part of our practice since 2016 and brings almost 10 years of dental experience. Her favorite part of her job is the people she gets to work with every day, both our patients and her fellow team members! She received her dental training at Dental Careers Institute and has her Expanded Duties Certification.
Outside of Dentistry, Mackenzie enjoys going to concerts, being on the lake and spending time with her family!
Lab Ceramist & Technician
Debbie Pinto, CDT
Debbie is a native Atlantan and brings over 25 years of technical and managerial experience. She attained her CDT in ceramics in 1990 and has continued her education through ongoing study in crown and bridge, all ceramics, CAD/CAM, and various esthetic dental processes and procedures. Debbie has been married for 17 years and shares with her husband two grown children and four grandchildren. Her hobbies are tennis, snow skiing, yoga, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Jessica Downs, Practice Administrator
Jessica, a Georgia native, is a graduate from Clayton State University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in healthcare management. Upon graduation, she interned with the management staff at Emory Associates in Stockbridge, Georgia. She joined the Siegel & Dolt team in 2015. Her southern charm and warm personality puts the most anxious patient at ease.
During her free time, she greatly enjoys spending time on the lake with her husband and young son. She genuinely cares about the well-being of our patients and relishes the opportunity to meet new people.

Alison Horne, Treatment Coordinator
Alison, an Atlanta native, has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She has enjoyed being an assistant in all phases of dentistry, laboratory technician, front desk receptionist, manager and is now enjoying being a treatment plan coordinator. Being able to make treatment plans come together, putting that plan into action and accomplishing a new smile is the best part of her job. You can really see the change in somebody when they feel better about themselves and their smile. It is a wonderful feeling to be a part of.
When Alison isn’t at work, she loves spending time with her amazing family! Frequent game nights, concerts, Native American Pow Wows, shopping around the city, antiquing, trying new cuisines and spending time with friends and family make it all worthwhile.
Jesus Rivera, Patient Care Coordinator
Originally from Puerto Rico, Jesus came to the states on a baseball scholarship where he played 4 years between ABAC and the University of North Alabama. He started his career in dentistry back in 2005, and has enjoyed it ever since due to the sheer fact of being able to help others and making them feel comfortable. When he isn’t in the dental office Jesus loves spending time with his family, working on special projects around the house, cooking and hanging out with his dogs.
